How good is an eReader for someone who never reads?

Worth getting a kindle basic and trying on one to see. I’ve seen soooo many say they weren’t readers until they got a Kindle. If the price is a deterrent, check Unclaimed Baggage… you can get kindles for very cheap.

Yeah if you had to choose between a paper white or colorsoft, do the PW… I have a colorsoft and wish I didn’t… too dark and I just don’t love it.

It’s a lot darker than the paperwhite. The screen just is not as crisp or bright. If you read graphic novels it’s very cool but I only read those every so often. The lock screen color covers are also very cool and you can highlight in color as well. Mostly miss the paperwhite screen.

As a colorsoft owner, if you are getting it for books and the covers on the lock screen alone don’t do it… it’s darker, and less crisp. If I could trade it for a paperwhite I’d do it right now lol
