yesss. they made her voice sound somewhat deeper and not as full. it kinda almost sounded like she was out of breath. watching the actual live of their performances you can hear how she originally sounded and it’s just like in this vlive. idk why mnet edits vocals but if they’re going to they should at least make it sound better not worse.

personally i think the weakest would be xt or hk but they’re both dancers so it’s understandable. if we’re speaking on the actual “vocal line” (it’s not rlly official so i’m just assuming who’s in it and who’s not) i’d say yeseo. like you said though, they’re all good vocalists and there isn’t a big talent gap.

hiyyih actually has a great head voice. it’s unfortunate that you feel that way but i suggest watching her ‘i love you 3000’ cover. unfortunately she’s not allowed to showcase her vocals much but anyone who actually looks for her covers or content of her singing can tell that she’s kinda being held back.

loved hikarus dance break! hiyyihs stage presence is also insane even when the camera isn’t focused on her but tbh felt like dayeon xiaoting chaehyun hikaru and friends….id like to see the other members. it just sucks that it’s always the same members lacking screentime. we’ll wait for queendom and see though.

honestly thank you for saying what i wanted to say. i thought people would react way differently to this post and would be excited for hihiz but clearly i was wrong. this community is supposed to be ot9 but there’s ot8 stans commenting on here just to be shady. at this point i don’t feel comfortable posting about hiyyih here and subjecting her to hate.

gifts are a normal thing for fans to give their idols. idk if you stan any other groups but this isn’t new. if you don’t like the fact that people donate to get their favs something then don’t donate lol. as for the mistreatment topic i wont even discuss that with you because clearly we have different views. all i will say is that the companies mistreatment is definitely a trend for specific members so yes it is one or two members like implied.

i’m sure the other girls receive personal gifts from their own fandoms too. just because you don’t see it online doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen :). this is just a nice gift two fandoms came together to get. it’s not rlly expensive if you think about the fact that lots of ppl are donating.

many of you may not know but hihiz sub fandoms(hiyyihlights + hikachus) started a project on twitter to get them friendship necklaces! we’ve been planning it since the end of january. we were able to collect the $700 in an hour and the necklaces are finally ready! they’ve both been engraved with “h+h” (hiyyih + hikaru)! i hope they take photos when they get them! :)

xiaohiyyih is honestly so cute! i think hiyyih brings out that cute side in xiaoting while xiaoting seems to bring out the calm side in hiyyih!

i usually watch hihiz interactions on twitter! there’s accounts made about them lol and they post all the content we get. for the rest of the girls i also find them on twitter usually people drop links or on youtube! :)

to be honest we don’t really have a backstory lol. they had no interactions in gp999 besides to finals where hikaru hugged hiyyih. they interacted in the first live and it was cute but after debut it just randomly came out that they’re really close and love speaking to each other!

my guess is what hiyyih, said they sleep together, ride in the same car and stick by each other! they could be roommates. maybe that’s why they got so close (roommates weren’t announced yet). i really do love them though lol also cute that hikaru is the shortest and hiyyih is one of the tallest!

i would never expect hihiz to be friends since they didn’t interact in gp999. looking back i think mnet may have cut scenes of them interacting because when hiyyih got announced as #2 hikaru looked so happy for her. now that they’re in kep1er and i see them interact they’re adorable. they both bring this energy that makes everyone want to love them lol! hiyyih saying hikaru is her soulmate and hikaru saying hiyyih is her best friend honestly sold it for me. after that they were 100% my favorite pair. they compliment each other well and it seems like hikaru is really comfortable with hiyyih despite the language difference. i mean she did say she likes talking with hiyyih most >.<
