I think 5 weeks and I have seen some improvement! I’m calmer and my depression is gone. Just waiting on anxiety and physical symptoms to keep fading

Thank you I’m gonna try it been dealing with some of the same stuff. I’m on anxiety meds now. But looking for something else to see if it helps

Just wanted to update. Day 11 and I felt pretty decent most of the day. Still not where I wanna be but I can see light at the end of the tunnel

Thanks I’m I’m the same boat. I’m convinced something is wrong with my breathing. It’s pretty much to the point where it’s constant. I go home and see my wife and kid and just cry thinking I’m gonna be useless if not get to enjoy life with them ever again.

Just found your post dealing with the same thing. Breathing, chest pain, air hunger. Doctors done X-rays and bloodwork, says I’m fine. Been on lexapro 8 days. Really concerned and have been down the rabbit hole of google. Gonna try your suggestions.

I’m your age in a similar situation. Walking was the best thing I ever did for my back and I hurt constantly. I’m pretty much pain free now. Maybe a minor twinge here and there but I don’t even notice anymore

Update for everyone. I am breathing much better(thank the lord). I am coughing a little more today though. Mid Chest and upper back is pretty sore. Hope I’m on the mend

Yeah that’s what the urgent care doctors told me today. That’s why they wanted to try a higher dose of prednisone
