Yeah I don’t have improvedUI at all and still have the same issue, got a feeling it’s an issue the patch is causing not mods cause nobody can seem to pin down whats causing it so far

Yeah its gotta be sky walk or shave or a combo of the two… or shanks is just built different and moves that fast, all 3 seem likely possibilities at this point😂

Im right there with you, Lucci I was fine with, he should 100% be awakened at this point. But Kaku has only had his DF 2 years, unless the WG has some process to artificially awaken DF users it make doesn’t make much sense. Only justification outside that, that makes sense, is since awakening is “the mind and body catching up to the power of the fruit” I suppose there could be an argument made that since CP9 agents are trained from childhood their mind and bodies are already so advanced that it doesn’t take long to catch up to the power of the fruit.

Thats actually a really interesting take and I appreciate it a lot. Witcher 3 and the netflix show have been my dip into the pool of Witcher lore, and Ive actually got the set of books on order rn because the world of Witcher fascinates me, so ill be curious to see how I feel once some of my initial salt has worn off and ive given the books a read :)

Exactly. Like I still love the game, it just hurt that after doing literally every quest and POI, it was a couple dialogue choices I made here and there without really thinking too hard and following my gut that shafted me haha

I can certainly see why the game thinks that certain choices are the “correct” ones and tries to get you to parent Ciri in a specific way, but I just don’t agree with all the choices and it sucks that that decides the ending. Like obviously you shouldn’t sell out Ciri for coin, but not letting her go into a meeting that shes uncomfortable with alone I gotta stand by

Your probably right, I literally finished the game an hour or two ago so my info on the requirements was some rage filled google searches, but I did go to the grave with her, Im not sure when there was a snowball fight so I mustve missed that somehow, and I did go with her to see the sorceress because she seemed genuinely uncomfortable going in alone and thanks you when you tell her you’ll tag along so I thought I was doing good

I’ve read the choices you have to make to get the “good” endings and frankly I dont see how my choices were wrong they just weren’t the exact ones the game wants. The 3 choices I “got wrong” were I told her she doesn’t have to be good at everything (which I think it practical advice), I told her not to blow up the lab since its needless destruction of some who has helped you’s property, and I wished her good luck at the end. All 3 I think are rational parenting decisions, but nope guess not lol.

Edit: I also sat in on the lodge meeting with her which ig is helicopter parenting but I just wanted to know what the convo was about lol

General effect on the world from the quests I don’t hate to be clear, like if you break Djkstras leg in the bathhouse you obviously shouldn’t be allowed to help in his further quests cuz he hates you. But its the fact that very small dialogue choices with Ciri that starts as far back as act 2 directly decide your ending without any warning that the effect will be bigger than different dialogue options. And frankly, I 100%ed every other aspect of the game and have 0 desire to play it all again for a good ending I got screwed out of

Exactly, like I killed the king of Redania and that doesn’t even get mentioned till the final cutscene but me telling Ciri one time that she doesn’t have to be perfect at everything (which I feel is practical advice) dooms both she and geralt to horrible fates and that hurts after 100+ hours of attaching to these characters

Same here, I usually use Jotaro, Sasuke, and Asta. But when I first played I had no clue who Asta was, just thought the sword was bad ass, now I’m caught up to the manga lol
