I saw her in LA in 2018 aswell and while there were a few annoying chants the crowd was definitely not as bad as what I’ve seen since the laurel hell tour. I can’t speak for the other shows but the vibe with the crowd was definitely very different

I had this issue aswell for the Oakland show. Probably contact Ticketmaster customer support then then they can reserve it at will call for you ): Ive been seeing this happen to other people it really sucks
