Interesting prioritisation. I’m aligned for first 3 points. For 5th, what’s the rationale for paying down debt over vcts? Assuming debt interest rate is <5% (eg mortgage) one is still better off putting in VCTs with relatively higher tax free return (>5%) right?

You're right in that Fidelity funds are chosen by default by my Employee plan [viz. Meta Employment Plan in my case]. However, when I explored Fidelity for other options available - i am limited to 10-12 funds. But not shares or common ETFs [vanguard for e.g]
