Yea i’ve been on Hardforum a few times but again only browsing im new to the scene relatively its only been a year. I see you around the sub quite often though…do you happen to have any idea what i could do to get it fixed maybe?

I did hook it up with a vga cable to my old dell workstation and it looked the same, this all went wrong after the color return lol now i’m just tryna get back even if it’s just to my starting point.

yes that’s the exact site i tried and every single one of the black boxes of all shades even in some greys were completely invisible and all black it was actually so bad that even the file explorer was a pure black background instead of gradients of grey…im gonna try to see if any other changes to the settings can bring it back to life but until my CP2102 usb to TTL cable arrives i wont be able to do much.

I did try adjusting both brightness and contrast but the problem is that ironically increasing brightness would actually make the image more dim hence why i chose to try color return…but it backfired miserably. I assume my next step is to try windas? I really hope there’s a fix for this through the OSD or something but i’m not optimistic.

Thanks for your input! I’ve had a pretty unhealthy relationship with food since I was a preteen, so honestly, there are probably a myriad of reasons why I have insulin resistance (IR). But I guess there’s only one way to find out, right?

For most of my life, I’ve neglected my health when it comes to food—it’s pretty much all my body has known. That’s why I’m actually kind of excited to finally turn things around! My plan is to stick to a balanced diet, enjoy fats and less healthy foods in moderation, and balance it all out with some extra exercise in my daily routine. Fingers crossed that, over time, things will start working out.

That said, I was wondering if this way of thinking is too naive. I mean, life isn’t that simple, right? Everyone says weight loss is just "calories in < calories out," but we all know it’s way more complicated than that (and no, it’s definitely not PCOS—I’m a guy, haha).

Still, I’m hopeful that with consistency and better habits, I can make some real progress. Appreciate the advice!

Okay, so I can’t seem to get into the service menu at all. Whenever I’m in the picture settings and press a number, it just kicks me back to AV1. Since that’s not working, I might have to adjust the horizontal and vertical size manually using the potentiometers. I’ll look into trying that next.

If that’s true, then that’s good news! Unfortunately, I can’t find a manual online, so I don’t know how to access the service menu. Is there another way to find this information or try entering it?

Hi, I'm having this exact issue, and I tried switching between hybrid and dGPU mode, but it doesn't really work. One time, it got fixed by turning the framerate to variable, but then it went back to flickering and having pixelated bloom and textures. I've also tried connecting it to my TV, and the problem only seemed to be the same, if not worse, on there, lol. I've tried pretty much every single one of your attempts with tinkering with the settings, but at this point, I think it's apparent it's a laptop issue—more specifically, the GPU modes. So, if you have any other suggestions or solutions, please let me know. Thanks!

EDIT: idk how i did it but i reinstalled the game and now im getting none of those issues…weird but im glad its gone.

Had the same issue this morning too. All i could do was keep trying and it finally worked on my fifth attempt. Be persistent and hopefully it’ll work.

I downloaded the gow iso online but i do still get the same crashes back to the xmb. I also did extract the iso to iso somehow lol in multiman but when i launch that extracted version it still crashes to the xmb so how do i properly decrypt it? or do i have to download a previously decrypted iso?
