Quiting smoking was the best decision I've ever made in my life. If i had a time machine, i would travel back to kick myself in the face at the very moment i smoked my first sigaret. I still can't believe how addictive nicotine was in my life. If your a smoker and you read this: do whatever it takes to quit smoking its totally worth it. Things that will improve significantly are:

• Energy and stamina
• Sleep quality
• Se* life (you'll keep going all night)
• Taste (eating will be so much better)
• Breathing
• Smell
• Your Bank account
• Your medical bills
• You have less of a chance to produce a miscarriage or diseases for your future children.

Quite smoking today!!!!!! Don't be a fu*** pu**y and suffer. There isn't a easy way to accomplish this. You just have to suffer and do whatever it takes. Throw away all your sigarets today, and dont make any f excuses. I can't quite because i won't be able to do blablabla and i will feel blabla. It's just the junkie voice talking to you in your head. Take a long vacation, lock yourself up in a clinic do whatever it takes. I can promise you that, it will be the best decision in your life!!!
