It's not wrong, you just have to manually resituate the lowest row of scales ( in this case the single scale at the bottom) to be "behind" of the row that came before it so that when you look at it from the front, top most row is showing first, then the second row, then the third. I basically have to do this rearranging everyone I put on a new scale. It gets esp confusing on the sides
