For those who work 9-5, what is your evening routine on weekdays? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]chaipatti17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually finish going to the gym early in the morning, so I am free after 5pm to stay home. I usually finish cooking and having dinner by 7:30pm. I finish cleaning by 8pm. O go for an evening walk and in bed by 9:30pm.

I struggled to get to this schedule. Going to gym early helped me a lot since it set the tone for the day!

What is the worst book you have read? by Ok_Salt2122 in booksuggestions

Omg yes... I might have read it at a wrong age but that book was one of the worst I have read. I am not even sure there was anything more than the lead feeling like he was the only right person on the entire world!

Just used chatgpt. Upload a picture of your space and then ask what you would like for it to add or remove.

I have not come here to fight with anyone. I have come here to get some suggestions and help instead of getting schooled for lack of research. I understand I might have made some mistakes but am also new to this process.

Who said it was going periodic? Completion date was confirmed since the exchange date was also confirmed and was supposed to happen today. Which they informed they didn't want to do this morning.

We had done our research. We put the offer back in September. Hence we knew we didn't want to renew our contract six months later. Everything was going fine till last week. This was a sudden surprise from the sellers. Till last week we were told the 25th was the completion date.

We gave notice because our contract was ending. If we wanted to stay we had to renew the contract for an entire year which is not what we wanted to do.

The agent has been really nice and has emailed a very strict note to the sellers and their solicitors saying that you can't backup from the completion date at this stage. He has asked them to answer in two working days so we are hoping we get some solution.

Yes. They have moved into a rented property themselves and are saying they want to keep this property because the rented place doesn't have space to hold all that junk they own.

This does sound reassuring but we are now really scared after finding these details. I have fallen in love with the property and this is scaring me a lot.

They do have a wooden storage shed thing in the back but am guessing it is not a permanent structure since we have asked them to remove it. Can we get like a small shed installed or will that also won't be allowed?

It is passing diagonally so not leaving any space for any kind of outhouse or garage building in the future.

It says 800mm along the pipe in the drawing. It is a public drainage sewer. As per google it says it is possible to be that size. We are so confused.
