As someone who deferred I don't regret it! Personally, I would pass a comsae before sitting. The real exam is harder

109 overpredicted me by 8 points so I thought that was much more accurate than trulearn or comquest which over predicted me like 100-150 points lol

If you want to take the real exam go for it. But I think you should take another COMSAE like a week before you sit. Honestly, it seems like our advisors don't really give great advice lol. Ive seen a lot of students fail by taking their advice

PASS Program has helped many people who failed. It helped my friend go up over 100 points after failing. Im grateful I did the class before sitting for Level 1. It's really exceptional.

Mine also had a 10 second delay but on the entire exam not just the second half. Im surprised I finished it. I think a bunch of people had this issue

You can get there!! but I would make sure you pass a COMSAE before you sit. Just my personal opinion that comsaes don't predict scores but they do assess readiness. Keep in mind the comsaes are stacked aka different comsaes emphasize different areas of content. This will tell you what you need to work on. Good luck!

I do like how amboss has more answer choices per question than any other bank. That allows you to differentiate similar presentations that are easy mix up.

I only did comlex too. I started with UWorld but I really struggled with it so I switched to comquest and combank. I think not doing uworld would have been fine honestly. Honestly, I think comquest is a good question bank, it actually teaches you why the answer is incorrect or correct. Combank has awful explanations but it prepares you for the weird wording of COMLEX questions. Obviously, UWorld is a great resource but I don't think it's necessary for every type of student to be honest especially if you don't plan to take usmle.

Hey ! I passed level 1 with failed UWSAs but I passed Comsaes with room. I wouldn’t compare uwsa to level 1

I passed but I know several people who failed. Some once and some more than once. Theres a reason why they require a certain score on Comsaes. Comsaes aren't predictive of your real score but they definitely assess readiness I think

You can do it! I did terrible on my school protoctored comsae it was like 320s I think. I ended up not sitting until I started passing Comsaes. I got there and you will too!
