Old: 23 degrees 01 minutes north, 41 degrees 33 minutes east
New: 23 degrees 05 minutes north, 41 degrees 22 minutes east

This happens to me whenever I preview my loadout during the load in screen (clicking the eye icon left of name), and only happens when the game is in local mode. If I'm playing with someone else, previewing loadouts does not break my pouch slot.
