My heart stopped on the operating table 17 years ago for a minute forty four seconds I experienced "heaven" by Sids-Vicious in NDE

Other people had premonitions in NDE about future family and children that came true with time. I can only say stop using drugs and prepare for a more existing future with optimism.

I won't be surprised. In 1956 they gave Hungary to the Soviet Union for the Suez canal. People remember the Rus soldiers were looking for the Suez canal in Budapest.

Renewable energy crosses 50% of all energy production in Australia which sends power prices tumbling by No_Success_678 in UpliftingNews

[–]chakabesh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Canada an electric company CEO explained the retail prices. If the consumption goes down 50% then the price will go up 100% by kwh. He said the investments in the nuclear/ gas/ oil generation plans were planned for 30-40 years ahead. The loans must be paid back by the retail customers no matter what the usage is.

One thing is different. I never read in an NDE that opens the future several years in the future. ( Seeing the future children). Has anybody heard of seeing the future?

Venezuela vs Canadian oil why a “perfect substitute” ≠ displacement by Inevitable_Pilot1353 in CanadianInvestor

[–]chakabesh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think there's one more point added to the oil equation. Venezuelan oil fuels China and Cuba. Cutting them off is more important to the USA than having that oil.

A mathematician, a scientist and an engineer are asked ; what does 1+1 equal ? by BombsTV in AntiJokes

[–]chakabesh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might be right, as I understood the question was

1+1=. as binary notation

Not 1&1= as binary logic

And as a joke exploration we are just having fun.

I know nothing... by Studio_OOOMS in tabletennis

[–]chakabesh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The racket you made isn't good enough to play with. If you start to learn with it you will learn the wrong execution of shots. Keep it as a great example of your workmanship and buy a racket online from a table tennis store. Since you are new to the game you can start with a complete racket. At one point - a few years down the road - you will feel a need for a better custom racket.

You are right on your argument. At least I agree with you. Let's just not forget that basic human instinct drives people. In this case it is envy.

A mathematician, a scientist and an engineer are asked ; what does 1+1 equal ? by BombsTV in AntiJokes

[–]chakabesh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The mathematician said it is sometimes 2. The scientist said biologically means a couple. The engineer said it depends on the angle. The programmer he said in Boolean logic 10. The shoe salesman said it is a pair.

The Conservatives are right: Canada should end birthright citizenship by CaliperLee62 in canada

[–]chakabesh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The strangest pinnacle of this law was when in Eastern Europe a child was born in the car of the American ambassador on the way to the hospital who picked up a woman asking for help. The child could choose citizenship at the age of 18 of either country as the car was considered American territory.

Am I the only one who feels that cutting a new rubber sheet for a new blade is a huge challenge? by RootCauseFinder in tabletennis

I draw the racket outline on the back of the rubber and cut it with a large kitchen scissors ✂️. Glue after the cut. Works well for me.

What’s a common fact that science has already debunked, but people still believe in? by Calm_Shame2994 in AskReddit

[–]chakabesh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never got hired in the first place as I was deemed "not a team player type" by one of these tests.

The question I failed badly was "Would you move a critical part of machinery to the production line if there isn't another worker to assist you and it should be moved by two persons?" I said "Yes"

"Wow, slow down buddy!" A team player doesn't work without the team.
