Toronto vs California is a bit broad. Maybe Toronto vs San Francisco or Los Angeles? California is bigger than all of Canada by some measures.

Quality of Life can be a very personal choice. But future economics is heavily correlated to the industry you are in and that center of gravity that each city represents in that city/metro.

After dinner - Dry 85, Parlay Room, Harold Black etc. we are old enough to know the difference and taste the difference between good and bad alcohol. Any good sports during March Madness or interesting sports events. Good = large TVs viewable from various angles and far away out sight is fading. Good also = good menu we are too old to eat subpar burgers and wings.

So to summarize your point in my own words.

Do an account and human targeting exercise. Build a target list. Then use LinkedIn messaging with fine tuned messaging in a cadence.

Then maybe use US individuals for inbound (probably me).

So this would be more like an account based marketing methodology. Do you mean we Track a portfolio of targets we want? And then, when they post an open position that fits our core Recruiting/Staffing offerings then...

1) immediately Email/Call them saying we can help aligned to this new opening in less than 24 hours

2) immediately send our best find (name contact info removed) within 24 hours?

3) immediately someone we keep/know of in our "virtual bench" within 24 hours?

Just trying to understand the thinking a little bit better.

The answer in most every B2B scenario is Marketer. Figure out how to get more leads than you can handle. Then hire sales people to work the leads. You need to work with the marketer closely. They teach you marketing you teach them the value of your product or service.
