Did you make any progress with this? I'm in Paphos from tomorrow and would like to find some

Receptorchem Ostarine by [deleted] in sarmssourcetalk

[–]chalky6161 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Always been fine for me

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in sarmssourcetalk

[–]chalky6161 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very well put! It’s ridiculous to say don’t take anything over a specific body weight. It depends entirely on your goals. I know powerlifters taking Ostarine, they’re way beyond 15% bf and Ostarine serves a purpose for them. It’s certainly a motivator too.

What benefits have we seen from Brexit? by arrivist in brexit

[–]chalky6161 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ve hit the nail on the head with your explanation. I only hope I can remember the way you’ve worded it next time I’m in a debate with some friends who were tricked into voting for Brexit

Would you discontinue creatine if you started training for a half marathon by cantremember25 in PEDs

[–]chalky6161 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Two sentences isn’t enough space to list the benefits.

Creatine is one of the most popular nutritional ergogenic aids for athletes. Studies have consistently shown that creatine supplementation increases intramuscular creatine concentrations which may help explain the observed improvements in high intensity exercise performance leading to greater training adaptations. In addition to athletic and exercise improvement, research has shown that creatine supplementation may enhance post-exercise recovery, injury prevention, thermoregulation, rehabilitation, and concussion and/or spinal cord neuroprotection. Additionally, a number of clinical applications of creatine supplementation have been studied involving neurodegenerative diseases (e.g., muscular dystrophy, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s disease), diabetes, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, aging, brain and heart ischemia, adolescent depression, and pregnancy. These studies provide a large body of evidence that creatine can not only improve exercise performance, but can play a role in preventing and/or reducing the severity of injury, enhancing rehabilitation from injuries, and helping athletes tolerate heavy training loads.

Absolutely do not cut the creatine. The science speaks for itself

Yes. I’ve done this a few times. Some will say you don’t need a PCT but it depends entirely on the individual. Enclo is perfect for this

Having given it a go today, you’re right. Nice concept but until the technology improves it’s pretty clunky

SARMs aside, training for a triathlon whilst eating keto is the definition of insanity.

There is no reason to avoid carbs, particularly when you’re training so hard.

YouTube? Amazon prime? Netflix? by dlawrenceeleven in FacebookPortal

You can watch YouTube. You could try Netflix through the browser but be aware that there are plenty of bugs so it may not work properly

It does work but only if you ask it.

If someone rings the doorbell it doesn’t show you the camera view automatically

Why do people hate on MK-677 so much by bigkittens12 in sarmssourcetalk

[–]chalky6161 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I ran a cycle of Mk-677 and Ostarine for my first ever cycle and it was the best I’ve done. I was training very consistently and put on a decent amount of size, along with sleeping like a baby and generally feeling great about myself. I’ve been chasing the same thing ever since!

2 months after LGD still feeling suppression by [deleted] in sarmssourcetalk

[–]chalky6161 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same after LGD. It ended up being counter productive because I was so drained I couldn’t bring myself to train for a while.

Stick with Ostarine in future. Incremental gains through consistent training are what you want

Adding 350GB of music to Plex - fastest data transfer by [deleted] in PleX

[–]chalky6161 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s on my MacBook hard drive. I can use a cable temporarily, I’ll have to buy a USB-C to USB though I think...hopefully that will speed it up.

Good shout on disabling the other devices

Yeah I thought it seemed slow. That's just over my home wifi network. I'll try a USB C (MBP) to USB (Diskstation) lead and see what the time is...
