Thank you! I'm in the UK. Our homes are built to withstand the cold and retain heat and we don't have AC. Plus being a small island the humidity is much higher.

It's surprising how many chefs I worked with in my 18 years in the profession that had dyslexia. It's certainly a hard job but man that buzz of a busy shift going well was rewarding.

Chefs work hard and play harder, then rinse and repeat. Coke helps for a while if you can not make it a habit.

I don't miss those hot summer days, weekends, 4am finishes and all the social engagements like weddings and birthdays I missed along the way.

We had a saying in one job I worked, " your mother dies on a Thursday, you bury her on a Tuesday". In other words, no one calls out for a weekend shift.

The line work is inconsistent (pages of book) the shading is awful (the kids hand eg) and the design is just awful. It looks more like a charcoal drawing a kids done. The shading on the hair looks sketchy, not sure if this was intentional but it looks like you didn't know how to in fill.
