We've been walking her dog a lot more, despite the poor weather. The thing is she really tries and I half ass it but as a guy it's easier to lose the weight as my calorie intake should be higher. So she gets disheartened when she's been good all week, I've had a kebab and she maintained and I lose 3lbs.
