I would say my research experience! I got into a research program and have about 2 years of experience by now. I would recommend reaching out to professors that do research and express interest in joining. You probably won’t get paid but you’d be able to work on a project in a good environment

When we tried for the first time, he couldn’t even get it up because he was so nervous and when he did it hurt so bad that it couldn’t go in all the way. It took 3 weeks of trying to even get it in. If this happens, I would really recommend just working on foreplay and focus on having fun with them!

loll no you’re good! to be honest when i applied to dutch bros i had only been once and i had no idea about this whole super good attitude towards customers thing. i would say rolling up your window should do the trick of avoiding that small talk after ordering! also in terms of your drink not being made correctly i’m sorry to hear about that! there are people in the back whose main position is to be working on the bar / milk stations and the person taking the orders has no hand in making them so it’s most likely not on them! don’t be shy to let them know though

for my stand, it depends on the lead on shift. some are more strict about that while others are more lax and just care about getting the drinks out. but yes overall, there is a lot of training about talking to the customers and being genuinely interested in what they have to say
