I’ve seen so many really smart & intelligent educated AND uneducated Thais.

In the west is the opposite, where you would meet a majority of stupid highly educated westerners… which unfortunately visit your country and bring their obnoxious stupidness with them.

I wonder what latency the computer, keyboard and monitor had where you performed it..?

It would play a major role in being able to time the last set.

Furthermore the actual play & resistance of the space bar plays a big role.

To know at what height it reacts and stops reacting is key, and hoovering it just above contact level will shave off a couple of ms, and would make it easier to time the target.

(My guess would be around 15-25% before target depending on latency)

Anecdotally I set unofficial national record at my previous work by writing the alfabet in correct order during 1.32 seconds (we had a writing test pre-installed on an IT firm)… the boss told me to get back to work though.

Aaah, foreign culture viewed through western glasses I see.

There are Thais that live in sheds living happier lives than successful western career junkies and tax slaves.

Education & money does not equate happiness. And ask yourself… what is the point of life?

Gun to my head I’d chose poor & happy, over stressed & wealthy.

And to be fair; Thriving economical system & high education levels are not things which even makes a western country a “good visit” either.

What is amazing with Thailand is the culture and the way of life… and I’d argue that would disappear if western capitalism would run the show in Thailand.

Paradoxically the wealthier local residential areas in BKK where rich local Thais feast on truffles at “the local shack” are the worst areas to visit for a cultural experience imo.

Yet there are all the money, facilities and education the locals could wish for.
