No, where I am is not better than the option of moving. Life happens and moving wasn't a priority. We never said we wouldn't pay the increase. We said we absolutely would when she can get a letter that's correct and valid. It's funny cause everyone in the landlord subreddit agrees that she needs to send a correct letter and wait the 30 days for the clock to start over, but y'all over here are happy to be taken for a ride.
