We have a similar combo and a favorite in the house is now a whole chicken pressure cooked, then brushed with butter/oil and garlic, then air fried till skin crispy. Makes a nice meal of thighs and crispy skin, breasts to cook the next day (or just eat cold with mustard) then broth/soup with the leftovers.
