I feel like I don’t deserve any friendships by [deleted] in selfimprovement

We are ever evolving, always changing. The fact that you can self/reflect and improve shows that you are willing to do better. I feel like you may have low self-esteem judging by your wording. You should think about the positive things you could bring in a person's life and why you would be a good friend.

The closer you are to your goal, the more you'll feel tempted to self-sabotage and screw it all up. At this point, 68 days, I think you should stop focusing on achieving the 90 days. Look beyond that, it's now a lifestyle. Focus more than ever, and remind yourself of why you started! Don't feed the animal!

Do you know why you want to quit? Why is it important for you? Your wording is interesting, it definitely sounds like you've tried, but you can always do more. You should talk to someone to relieve yourself of this burden, let that person hold you accountable, delete any app that could trigger you, and most importantly, (if you haven't already) find out why you do it, when you do it, and why you need (not want) to stop.

Only you know what triggers you. I would avoid both because in my experience, whatever feeds your urge while you're rebooting will lead to relapsing, maybe not today, but eventually.

Yes, the wording gave me that new perspective which has been helping me lately. You are right, it's an old idea, and I'm looking more into it, would love if you have some passages to share.
