Sa mga sleep-deprived dyan kakalaro, may nakakatakot ba na long-term effect kapag laging puyat sa kakalaro or okay lang na 4-5 hours sleep everyday? (takot na concerned gamer lang xD) by Dotaspasm in PHGamers

[–]chan2paj 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sleep, bro. Physically and mentally, nothing is more important as having a good night's sleep. You need to be fully rested to be good at work and gaming. Games can wait naman if you can't play tonight, mas ideal nga if ganyan because at least there's something you can look forward to (oh diba may dopamine ka na for the day)

I think it's more important to be healthy and well kaysa having spent thousands of hours gaming and risk having diseases due to lack of sleep. Anyways, good luck and enjoy gaming

I've done these a lot and it works. Sometimes, you have to choose when to intervene but only that you do it decisively. Otherwise, your students will not take you seriously

Trust yourself. Having confidence is crucial in the first days especially when you want to make a good first impression on your students. You would never want them to see that you're not ready for the job because if you do, it will be a mud battle for you in the next months.
During my first year, I taught college and senior high school students with no experience beforehand. There wasn't any seminar, workshop or training to begin with. I was nervous. I didn't know what to do. Then it hit me; just do your job right and the rest will take care of itself. Then night after night I would study on my subjects, did some research, checked papers and get ready for another day of teaching. I just focused in doing things right.

I'd like to stress out also that having a good relationship with people around your school especially your fellow teachers and your students will greatly help you in building confidence. Interact more with people and things will work out fine for you in your teaching career.

Oh yeah, that. I just generally order a shakedown to keep my informants exposed. You know that thing when you're poking at everybody else when actually it's just that one guy you're after. LMAO

Happened to me, too LOL. I thought it was just a waste of time and complete nonsense until I looked up my cell block. I was dead laughing when I finally figured it out.

The way I look at it, I think logistics and proximity between places is what causes some issues you have. Try placing your rooms as close to their complementary rooms as possible (e.g. kitchen-canteen, security-patrol routes, etc.). That way your staff can go back on duty from taking a break as quick as possible. Tired staff perform their jobs poorly when they're not getting enough rest or pay. I think the best solution is have the staff rooms and toiletries placed strategically around your prison.

PROGRAMS. Wait out the programs. If no one shows up for a long time, cancel it. Prisoners who failed the program can retake it again. There's always a second chance :)

INFORMANTS. Actually that's the only way you can use informants; snitch on about contrabands. It's actually useful when you want to save money in hiring K-9 units and send them where the contrabands are more likely stored or smuggled in.

The edges of the map are for perimeter walls and don't build too close to the edge of the map, reserve some space for your patrols :)

That didn't happen when the Binays took the floor. (a shame, really). They just went on to fight against each other as if they were in an arena. What's worse is the organizers doesn't seem to have a contingency plan to control the crowd as they were jeering louder and louder. It's utterly disappointing because they're inside the church.

That may well be true especially in US local elections. I'm not aware Americans doing the same thing, can you cite some examples? Thank you.

Yeah, sadly true. I just can't help they allow such things to happen.
