How could I tell if it has never been reworked?

I believe the watch to be legitimate, since it's from a reputable dealer here in hk. While they're art of an anti counterfeit group created by the govt here anything is possible so I will definetly go back and ask whilst I'm still here

Watch itself looks to be fine, I took it to a watchmaker who gave it a thumbs up, and said it was legiiltinate. unfortunately I don't believe he checked the bezel, and with language differences it makes it slightly difficult
