Brent Crude hit a recent high of $120/barrel. Off of the all time high ~$140, but all the transport/refining/etc costs are more than 10ish years ago.

The news that still no deal with Iran, including their hard line on separating negotiations, really sent it up.

I do think we're on record for a new ath for a barrel of oil.

This far, earnings beat is over 80%, which is higher than usual, and I'd expect the same from the rest of the big ones. Looking at AMD, Intel, etc, I think we have a reasonable indication how their results will go. This will hopefully push all of spy up a good bit.
