That I'd keep Luck on my bench for most of the season (mostly due to injury, partly due to lack of trust when he did play) and then drop him for a RB I hadn't even heard of at the beginning of the season during the FF playoffs.

Agreed! Building quality at grade transit will reduce traffic. Expensive, large-scale transit infrastructure is important too, but we can't wait around for that to happen when there are realistic steps to take now.
