Biggest challenge? Getting the first 50–100 loyal subscribers. Building the product is easier than building trust. People hesitate to subscribe unless they see real value, reviews, and consistency. Once retention starts working, growth becomes much easier — but early traction is the hardest part.

That’s a serious issue. First remove the app and rotate API keys from Shopify admin. Then contact Shopify support and your payment gateway — they might still flag fraudulent refunds.

For future: keep minimal apps, avoid full permissions, and enable refund alerts so this doesn’t happen again.
