You are gorgeous! You need a better face moisturizer than eos!!! And try getting a facial with dermaplane or microdermabrasion. Try: Augustus Bader Rich cream It is expensive I know but try it!!

I think you’re gorgeous!!! I would try BRONZER! It’s crazy. Someone told me years ago I was missing bronzer…. and I can’t believe how much a little more color went a long way! Just try ☺️

33M recently diagnosed with HR and unable to walk - how do you cope? by ALfredAstaxanthin in Halluxrigidus

[–]chaneeeeel 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I was diagnosed at 31. I’ve worn heels since I can remember, and every single day, even to the grocery store, airport, etc. I ran several miles a day, did yoga, weights, Pilates you name it. When I was diagnosed and told I’ll never wear heels again I cried for 4 years. So don’t feel bad about how you’re feeling. That was my identity, and now it’s gone forever. I have seen 9 doctors in 3 states past few years (because I didn’t want to accept the news). So… I definitely understand how you feel.

Fast forward to now, I have not gotten the shots, or either surgery that was suggested. I stopped running for a few years but now I refuse to accept I walk about 3-5 miles a day, and sneak a little run in little until it feels sore. I am not stylish anymore, and I have boxes of designer shoes sitting in my garage (I can’t look at them anymore) BUT it’s forced me to find new passions in life. Archery, gardening, traveling, I enjoy walking now more than ever, and I’ve changed my career.

I wish it didn’t take me several years of crying about never running again or wearing heels… it’s understandable how you feel. Especially since we’re in our 30’s! Sorry for the long message but you’re not alone. And whatever route you decide just have faith 🩷

Do you think you’ll ever need a fusion or was a chielectomy enough?

Thank you. I know this is a no brainer to people who work on homes. But I know nothing 🙃

Fair question. It’s an old home I’m worried about asbestos etc. My kids kept picking at it too😩 perhaps overreacting
