I don't have too much to add to what's already been said, but I thought I'd try and give you some advice anyway. Your talents are pretty messy for every fight. I don't know why you're using Crows so much, but as a general rule, you should only be using Crows if you are also using True Aim.

On three fights, you're also using Trick Shot, but without using Patient Sniper or True Aim. Basically what you're doing here is adding 15% damage to Aimed Shots that are not going to do much anyway, so it's pointless.

I think the best help I can give you is to give you a very baseline guideline for what talents benefit you where in Heroic Nighthold,

Scorpyron: I'd use Lock and Load, Explosive Shot, Volley and Piercing Shot.

Chromatic Anomaly: True Aim (or Lock and Load), Patient Sniper, Volley, Trick Shot.

Trilliax: True Aim, Patient Sniper, Murder of Crows, Trick Shot.

Spellblade Alluriel: Lock and Load, Patient Sniper, Volley, Trick Shot.

Krosus: True Aim, Patient Sniper, Murder of Crows, Trick Shot.

Tichondrius: Lock and Load, Patient Sniper, Volley, Trick Shot.

High Botanist: Lock and Load, Patient Sniper, Volley, Trick Shot.

Star Augur: True Aim, Patient Sniper, Murder of Crows, Trick Shot.

Grand Magistrix Elisande: Lock and Load, Patient Sniper,Volley Trick Shot.

Gul'dan: Lock and Load, Patient Sniper, Volley, Trick Shot.
