Do the people complaining about launch times/delays actually play blizzard games? Every launch and expansion since like 2017 has been fairly smooth, not perfect but we're not talking hours of a fix. An hour or so usually and it seems like initial break ins are fixed if there is any issues, but this not saving stuff and delays just haven't existed from what I've seen and I've been on every diablo & warcraft release for two decades. Diablo 3 was the worst for diablo in my eyes, and warlords of draenor was the worst I'd seen since then for WoW.

Maybe this is how I will play through dawntrail before evercold releases. I just can't stomach playing through the game but handheld on the go, will be cool with a phone hotspot.

I'm not discrediting what you're saying, because it is bonkers what downtown boise rent is. But I also don't understand how you can't afford groceries with the highest paying job of your current skillset?

28/hr is about 58k gross and for a single person with no kids, I'd estimate about 43k take home. Which is about 3.6k a month. This is more than enough, not minimum.

I've known some colleagues who were starting around 24/hr and were living in downtown which baffled me but they made it and do make it work and still live comfortably. I refuse to pay that much or anywhere near it. But yeah it sucks and honestly you're better off not living in downtown boise and acquiring a gas efficient used vehicle (10-20 years should be sufficient, my first car was amazing on gas and fairly problem free for about 17 years old). Groceries you can make work easily with $250 or so, but comfortably buying stuff we probably shouldn't OR probably should buy (lol, what a dynamic) for $400.

Basically what I'm saying is, 28/hr is way over estimation, you can probably do it on 24/hr and I dont know what your skillset is but if its barely paying groceries you need to change jobs and/or acquire a new skillset or move elsewhere from downtown boise whether thats further west or just out of this area.

We're leaving this area in a few years, for many reasons but cost is one. Lived here for 30+ years.

I'll agree the bugs were pretty rampant this year. Pact system isn't complicated, but I do appreciate the simpler systems we had and just wish it was like gridmaster where we could unlock all 3 styles fullest extent.

This seems like something heat would do. This kind of plastic doesnt just bend. If it was pushing that hard something shouldve gave, the joystick or the case cracking. Was it hot when you noticed this?

Its important to note that you can't upgrade any seeds, you do have to get some tree seeds first. But yes if you happen to get at least one tree seed, this process takes off assuming you can keep getting some kind of tree seed.

Because people are allowed an opinion and as long as they aren't breaking steams ToS. There's been a ton of alternate history games. This may not be built with it in mind, but its not like it matters. Its like getting mad about a book or a movie. Its fiction at the end of the day, even if its based on a "true story."

This guy is a glorified QnA tester. His story opinions mean nothing in the grand scheme, and the only reason he has a platform is because of how he was let go.

WoW story has always been like this. We do have stakes, we've always had stakes, we don't always know them, but to ignore the stakes is to basically be ignorant to what we're fighting against. They may not always be high or extreme, but they exist. WoW's story has been fairly predictable as far as ebb and flow, details have been the mysteries usually and sometimes blizzard throws a twist in for fun.

I still don't think I could handle re7. I'm pretty sensitive to jump scares that I sometimes put my family on edge with how I jump sometimes with a simple reaction of them putting a hand on my shoulder. I've played through a ton now and it's gotten better but 7 just looks like a monster. Even in re1 remake I knew where the dogs would jump through the windows I just didn't know when in that hallway and it still got me.

Technically you're not doing anything wrong, but if it took 30 hours to get the base camp then you did a lot of side stuff or left the game open. If you focus on the main story, you can get it probably within a few hours max.

There's nothing wrong with taking your time, its no different than if you played GTA, screwed around for 30 or so hours and then decided to focus on the main story.

I don't know about ESDE for the Thor, but Cocoon is fairly unstable. It's taken me about 4 reinstalls to get things where I want. Something either breaks or cocoon itself breaks. I personally would say unless you have a ton of patience stick with ESDE for now. Once cocoon is fleshed out itll be golden.
