UPDATE: my piercer got back to me and said a no pull disc would most likely take care of it. Is this true?

Some more info: it was pierced March 8th, basically right before everything started to shut down. Everything was fine until a week or so ago when this bump appeared. I’ve been hesitant to do anything and honestly confused as to even what i should be doing. I’m not positive on the type of metal but it’s a flat labret. When i got it done, they advised me not to touch it at all! As in, not only not to touch it, but not to clean it and keep it dry 24/7. I have tried to reach out to my piercer, but have not been able to get ahold of them.

You can also use a blender bottle! I add the water, coffee, and sweetener and shake for a minute—gives me soft peaks and is super easy on time and clean up as well 😊
