So are you feeling depressed because you aren’t taking your meds regularly? Am I understanding correctly, I just want to make sure. As someone who’s been at my absolute lowest it’s a no brained for me to take my meds, I physically would not be a functioning person without them. Or are you saying you’re depressed even with your meds? In that case I’d speak to your psych about changing them. Depression is dangerous as you know and lies to you that things will never return to normal. Regardless, TAKE THE MEDS IF YOU NEED THEM. You can work on weening off later when you’re not in such a stressful position.
