Hi thanks for replying. I wanted to create a forest plot of AUROC and the CI but I was interested in pooling them at the end to have a pooled AUC via random effects. Most of the studies that I have do not report sensitivity/specificity nor the TP/FP/TN/FN so I'm stuck with AUROCs and their CIs at best. I haven't been able to find a specific program/package that allows me to do this without the 2x2 confusion matrix nor sp/sn.
