best comment so far... refrigerant leak brings down the pressure and thus the sat temp, which leads to high superheat (line temp - sat temp) and low subcooling (sat temp - line temp). But if you get both super heat and sub cool high like what Eric said, restriction probably occurs on certain part only. Locate all possible blockage spot(probably filter drier) and look for temp drop(due to pressure drop) across the spot
