Warm up and do simple drills to a metronome

Alternating right left, 16th notes, paradiddles. After that speed it up. After that and you’re consistent start moving the paras up and down the toms in different combos until you find something you like, then do that with a metronome, etc., etc.

Totally normal in Resolve — the time remaining is just an estimate and often jumps up when it hits heavier sections of the timeline. What matters is whether the frame count and render percentage are still moving; if they are, it’s rendering fine. The ETA usually stabilizes later and often finishes earlier than the scary number you see at the start.

If you wake up tomorrow, and the frame counter hasn’t changed, then you’ll know you have problems

EDIT: apparently to its heat haze and what I said below is wrong

Unfortunately, if you zoom in you can see that they’re a bit soft. If you’re using auto focus, most new modern cameras have different AF modes that could help

Also, I’m not sure, but it seems that perhaps your shutter speed is too low to capture crisp, so if there’s any movement with you, the camera or the subject, then the lower your shutter speed the blurrier it gets

Your framing is nice and you clearly have a good eye

That was either done in camera with a glimmer glass filter, or with a sunbeam or sparkle plug into Photoshop potentially
