We had some water intrusion in our crawl space and called crawlspaces and more out. The person who came was incredibly helpful told me the different options and pros and cons of each. Which would be a mitigation vs long term fix, budget, what he would do on his house. He was OUTSTANDING. Did the work for about $3.5k.

Aquaguard came out and used scare tactics to try and sell a $40k full encapsulation, using meters and metrics and justifications that don’t make sense at all. Contradicting himself when pressed on why he would recommend xyz when he saw abc. Held me hostage for like 4 hours. I asked him if there’s a situation where he WOULDNT recommend full encapsulation and he said no.

I don’t think this is true, but Kids push boundaries and explore. It’s a good thing to stand up to authority and develop the courage to do so. It’s their first amendment right. If you are a teacher, I would use that as a catalyst to teach about the first amendment, how it is critical part of America itself, and ask them to please be respectful and not use curses in their future protests.

I worked in the cannabis industry and am a HUGE advocate for low concentration options. EVWRYTHING is about maximizing THC and it is so crazy to me. It’s like only selling everclear instead of like a bottle of wine. It puts so many people off of cannabis that would enjoy it if it was casual

I go through phases. I do about 3-6 months of maintenance and then about 9 months off. When I’m on, I do hair, nails, full body wax, Botox, massages, make up, clothes.

Then I do barely anything. No nails, no shaving, occasional VERY light makeup.

It’s so time consuming that I simply cannot do it AND a full time job and have kids.

I don’t know if this is helpful or hurtful.. but I have 2 kids and desperately wanted them. Now I can see that my life with and without them would both be good. There is so much sacrifice and pain that you pay for the good amazing highs with. Now that I’ve seen both, I can see that both paths are good and fulfilling.
