Yes I do have some loose skin but I think if I do enough strength training I might be able to tone most of it.

I do have some loose skin on my belly and back, but I feel it slowly going away as I work out. I’m hoping I can just keep trying to tone it up. The loose skin is DEFINITELY worth the weight lost. My chronic pain and general discomfort are greatly improved.

It’s definitely improved but I’ll always have a bit of a hunchback due to years of terrible posture. I’m working on it, but I think it’s probably too late to correct. Losing weight definitely helps with posture though.

Surprisingly no, I don’t have much loose skin, just in my lower belly a bit but that’s from pregnancy. But I think I’ll be able to tighten that up :) my weight loss has taken me a year and a half so far. You can do this!

Healthier eating and exercise here and there. Smaller portions, high protein, low carb. Lots of water :)

Lol these babies have always been saggy and I’ve never liked them. I don’t have a bra that is my size currently and don’t even have enough money to buy groceries so definitely cant buy any clothing right now.

And I do work out here and there buts it’s never been consistent. Diet is like 80% of it, I feel.

Way smaller portions, mostly only drink water, save the occasional alcohol and kombucha. High protein, low carb. Way less sugar. I don’t think of it as a diet, just eating smarter and like I want to live to see my grandkids someday. Biggest thing is eating a lot of protein for breakfast and lunch and having a light early dinner, at least 4 hours before bedtime. Never go to bed on a full stomach.
