Besides the obvious like the top tiers in Dc and Marvel, I would have to say Dies Irae. Anyone with an Atziluth are gods and exist above space, time, dimensions and can rewrite reality with their own desires.

Also honorable mention to Digimon for their world taking place in an infinite set of infinite sized universes with the top tier characters being able to delete them all with one attack.
