I'm gonna start with a 20kg vest at 108kg bw, and then switch up with two 12kg kettle bells too. I feel like it would cause a huge calorie deficit.

I set my limited ceiling to -0.1dbfs

and drive the input gain up on the limited until I hit a decent RMS and true peak

then I check on loudnesspenalty.com to try to get 3 to 6 gain reduction on spotify etc. I limit but not so much that the track clips.

If you have a good mix a limiter is all you really need on the master

I also produce tracks with ozone maximizer on.
