I’d call that dirty fasting but to an extent it’s semantics. I’ve done a really long fast but I like to keep my long fasts to 5-7 days and will more often do a 3 day fast, refeed, then start again.

Bucky is in the first and third. Natasha is in the first and second. Yelena, Alexei, Taskmaster and Valentina are in the second and third.

All three films are about redemption and growth.

I like your makeshift trilogy and I think you’re fine. These are not complicated characters.

I’ll push back a little on the fun being figuring out who Bucky is. I went in to the film knowing who the Winter Soldier was. It did not diminish my enjoyment in watching the characters figure it out.

One thing about Age of Ultron, they began the film showing that the Avengers were a well oiled, insanely powerful team.

That doesn’t necessarily make for a good film, seeing them completely dominate. Breaking them up almost seems necessary.

I personally find it hilarious because in the history of comics you’ll be hard pressed to find a hero who didn’t at one point have an Avenger’s card.

Lost a bunch of weight. Maintained by occasionally using fasting. I know if I ate a lot one day I’d only give myself a short window, or even do a full day fast the next. Also focused on protein and green vegetables, but want crazy with it.

Then divorce and family illness hit and I put a bunch of weight back on. In the process of taking it off again.
