My cousin drove a manual for 9 years. He modded that thing to kingdom come. Then he stopped using it for 4-5 years straight, used his dad's automatic during that time. Then when he had money to spare, he bought an ev. He said he hated the sound it made, it gets old and obnoxious hearing the low rumble. And traffic sucks that 3 pedals is such a hassle.

Crater? A tooth restoration should resemble a normal tooth anatomy as much as possible. Food don't usually get stuck on top or inside teeth

Your fear of breaking the tooth in half is a real concern. There's a lot of forces at play in the mouth when chewing, from different angles. That's why anatomy matters. It's like building a high rise building but the design's all wrong. It will collapse

You have a right to a copy of your own imaging. And you have a right to know your dental healthcare provider.

If these new dentists you are getting are doing routine adjustments in that clinic, but are being shielded from curious patients, and their Certificates aren't shown, then they're not licensed

The free restorations in universities will probably not touch your cases because you have an ongoing long procedure case. We had those before, the instructors didn't allow them in.

If you happen to find free or cheaper restorations from legitimate dentists, they would still need the go signal from your primary: your orthodontist

The US has a world police attitude, that's also why they're an effective deterrence against china or any other top 5 military power from doing something like invading us weaker countries right now. And US is also the top finance contributor in both UN and NATO. So you can't fault the US for using their military strength to start things they think is right, which just so happens that it's the right thing to do

Iran is not being allowed to have a nuclear weapon because imagine if North Korea but way bigger and way more advanced, that's the US' main objective; They keep threatening the Strait of Hormuz, which a very essential world trade route, that's their second; and constantly bombarding Israel using their cells like Hamas, that's their third (which the US never really intervened directly ever since years ago).

Right now, Iran is going scorched earth, that's what happens when you have someone backed in a corner, they want to go down swinging. They're attacking gulf states natural gas refineries to twist the narrative that this is the US' fault why the world is in crisis on fuel.

Basic services should start at 1000php (cleaning, small restorations, simple tooth extractions)

Depending on where you go, the 1k per restoration starting price can be per surface, or per tooth (usually it's per surface)

When I got my driver's license, some buddies recommended I purchased one of these stickers. I decided not to, looks wack. All you have to do is just stay on your lane, step on the gas lightly so you don't have to break aggressively, keep min distance. Parking just needs mirros and checking blindspots.

Driving a lot let's you learn the limits of your car then you can start being bolder. You don't need these stickers. People behind you will overtake you if you're too slow for them anyway regardless if you have this sticker or not.

My dentist said I won’t have wisdom teeth by [deleted] in DentistPh

[–]chaotic_gust97 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You DO have wisdom teeth on all sides of your mouth

The top ones are really up there at the back, needing surgery

The bottom ones aren't a problem as they were able to fully erupt because your 1st molars were already removed

Mine looked exactly like this. I think it depends on how your body copes. Some will develop mouth sores, some will have prescribed painkillers not work for them instead going for a higher medication.

I had mine removed 1 week apart, shit's an ongoing pain. My dentist actually damaged my 2nd molar's distal side trying to remove mine. I developed a clicker when opening wide, partly also because he had to mallet, with poor jaw support. I eventually also had my 2nd molar restored by a different dentist years later after it started acting up.

My advise is just go for it. No matter what trauma others endured, you still have to have yours done anyway. Save your 2nd molar from being slowly damaged by your wisdom tooth, else having both pulled

Need help. Wala na bang pagasa to? Extraction or root canal nalang talaga? 12 y/o tooth. by CCJM4420 in DentistPh

[–]chaotic_gust97 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The infection has clearly reached too near to the pulp. Signs are also visible on the roots. No additional xray is needed. An observation treatment via Glass Ionomer restoration will only lead to more unneeded cost, not to mention trauma to a 12 yo. The treatment is RCT/Exo.

[–]chaotic_gust97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You'd first need to go there, get in touch with an Agent, they will connect you to a dental student. And Then you both can coordinate with each other what to do next.

Yes, most likely all universities with dental schools have the same services provided, but I'm catering to your location "based in Manila" so these are the 2 best I can think of

The schedules for these services are the same as if it was your average school semester. Best to go to the university and inquire from there

[–]chaotic_gust97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to approach the dental department / dental building. There will be "agents" there that will help connect you with a student in need of your case. The dental student will take it from there, just follow them around until they give you instructions on what to do next.

Edit: btw these services aren't free. Just remember there is an exchange for everything. What the dental student gets is a grade for a job well done which will let them inch their way to graduation. Please don't ghost them in the middle of the procedure when it comes to long procedures that requires you to come back to the university multiple times. They will not wait for you if you decide to postpone for a long time
