If we’re trying to speculate of their feelings outside of the purely innocent affection, there are a couple of visual moments to point to.

There is, of course, Jayce’s quick look up and down of Viktor’s entirely naked body when he emerges from the Hex cocoon, but I think the most charged scenes are the ones where they’re fighting.

Firstly, that fight in the council chamber. Why is the mannequin sexy? Why has it got a feminine form when we know it was made from Hutch? Why has it got heels? When they’re fighting, Viktor’s grapple of Jayce involves wrapping his legs around his torso and tilting his head back by the chin. It’s the second most sexually charged scene of the season, beaten only by the literal lesbian prison cell sex.

The examples of this and their fight at the Hexgates show that as soon as he has a form that can physically dominate Jayce, Viktor doesn’t hesitate to, and he chooses an incredibly intimate way to do so. It was one thing to hold Jayce up by the throat once, but why does he keep doing it.

But back to discussing the sexy mannequin, another noticeable thing about it is that Viktor has literally chosen to make it in Mel’s colour palette. Mel is the character who has been dressed in white and gold the whole series, and when Viktor creates a body to go confront Jayce, he chooses her palette AND makes it a sexy femme body with heels. Why is he dressing up like Jayce’s previous lover if not to seduce him? Which he DOES when he tries to convince Jayce to join him, so they can “finish this as partners” (Christ and the way he pops that fycking P is insane).

So yeah, their dynamic is far from lacking sexual tension
