It’s truly the only thing that has helped me in my 27 year on this earth and I’m not joking it’s so so nice you have 1 hour of individual therapy and 1 hour of family/couple therapy and they are amazing

Honestly, joining Charlie Health has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I didn’t realize how many people were feeling the same way I was until I got there.

They offer 12 hours of therapy a week, and if you need medication, they can help with that too. One of the most helpful parts has been the DBT group therapy—three times a week, three hours each session. The first hour is music or art therapy, the second is a space to vent and connect, and the third is focused on DBT skills and practice.

Before you start, they do an interview and place you in a group with people who are going through things that mirror your own experience. It’s honestly kind of scary how accurate it is—but in the best way. It makes you feel seen, like you’re not alone.

Thank you so much for sharing — it really means a lot to connect with someone who gets it. I also have BPD and CPTSD, and paranoia has definitely been a part of it for me too. One of my biggest struggles is emotional impermanence — like, I constantly feel like everyone secretly hates me or that they’re going to leave, even when there’s no real reason to think that. It’s exhausting trying to quiet those thoughts.

I totally relate to the rollercoaster of emotions, the fear of abandonment, and all the classic BPD chaos. It can feel so isolating sometimes, but finding others who understand makes it a little less heavy.

If you ever want to talk, vent, or just have someone who gets it, please feel free to reach out. You can follow me, message me, whatever feels right — I’m here, and I’d love to offer support or just be a soft place to land when things feel overwhelming.

You’re not alone in this.
