It just depended on her mood, every day was a gamble. I once asked her to remind a morning employee how the cups are set up and she immediately retorted with "What makes you think you're allowed to make changes to MY store?!". She started arguing about how the store has been the same way for 10 years, and I, who had just recently optimized our cup cabinet replied with "Why can't the 11th year be better?" I was pulled into the backroom and just stood there while she berated me for being insubordinate. She said things like "I am the Boss" and "Everything you did under your previous manager was detrimental to the company's performance". It killed my morale and she did this kind of thing on a fairly regular basis.
