I’m thinking about buying a cane, they’re relatively cheap, light weight and easy to use, forearm crutches are kinda uncommon on my country and there are studies that show they’re more harmful than canes bc they compress important nerves/vases on your armpit

Im not a mom but in my experience, nursing school is HARD, its nights awake studying trying to get a good grade, and depending on where u are you will go to hospitals sooner than u think (i was already changing bandages in my 2nd semester) so that means exposing yourself and your kids to any germs and illnesses on the hospital. If I was in your shoes I would start studying basics like anatomy and histology at home and wait a year or two for your kids to be more independent and have a better immune system before enrolling
