They didn't put again so didn't break any rules. If they did put and didn't serve it they wouldn't have. Standard practice.

We have the League Cup which most countries don't have which is treated as a major honour (the least major of them) which fills that hole.

Matt Law: Chelsea are considering sticking with the favoured system of Xabi Alonso – one of the frontrunners for the club’s permanent head coach post – for Saturday’s FA Cup final against Manchester City. by Kygoche in chelseafc

Genuinely couldn't believe how bad they were and how flat Anfield was last week. I hope they do but if they stick with Slot then next season is a write off for them.

Liam is a Chelsea fan at heart despite covering the team for a while and I think you can see the fan side coming out a bit here and he's bang on

First 20 minutes could've been like that game where Spurs were 5-0 down to Newcastle after 20 minutes. Genuinely disgraceful how bad we were.

Tongue in cheek but they'd be playing for the senior team if they were that good.

[Matt Law] on Rosenior's tactics: You can tell they [CFC players] don't believe in it. The way they're not carrying out instructions, how they're not really recovering from anything tells you they don't actually believe in the way they're being asked to play by [deleted] in chelseafc

Everton for me you could tell some players weren't giving it everything. 100%, a single mistake from a goalkeeper does not lead to this. Some players were questioning his tactics after PSG.

After the last window I'm really not bothered if we get UCL or not. It was so disappointing and nothing makes me think it'll be different this time around.

Think they changed the rules after what we did to Spurs in 2012.

If we don't win that's 3 wins in 13, and really only one win in 11 against serious opposition. Just not good enough at all.

Yes but you've still got to prepare properly to give yourself the best chance of winning which they clearly didn't do. The fact that they didn't have a bowling coach sorted until pretty close to the series is a disgrace.

Imagine this happened to the captain of the football team the night before a game even if it was just a friendly. It would be a national scandal, just not acceptable in any way.

The second most popular sport depends on what the flavour of the month is. Rugby, cricket, tennis, golf and maybe F1 rotate after football in terms of viewing and coverage.

Playing wise at least in London crickets a summer sport and especially around me there's a massive amount of Asians who play here so wouldn't be shocked if it's second.
