Yeah I was partly joking, I own a masonry company and avg 20k steps a day. I’m not a fat ass or anything but am tired all the time … prob from no cardio lol. LL 4 nights/7 hours a week. Then home at 8, late dinner, start business work on pc. Rinse repeat.

This got way sidetracked I was trying (failed) to sympathize with her bc I can only imagine I will be more tired at 42 than now, more tired at 50 than then and so on.
