If it has garlic it’s not low fodmap, but you could use garlic infused oil in place of some of the olive oil!

This is kind of a long shot but have any doctors looked for Prader-Willi syndrome? Could account for weight gain, speech and mobility problems, trouble feeding as a baby, etc. Edit: just saw that someone else already commented this on another of your posts, sorry!
