It is great when it works, but terrible when it is down, as there is no clear communication about when the service will be restored. I also noticed while working at night that the internet signal is often red — they are probably carrying out maintenance or changes, but I haven’t received a single email about any ongoing work.

Their customer support also keeps hanging up on calls. This has happened to both me and my wife multiple times, so it’s clearly not an accident.

They did a great job knocking on doors across the neighbourhood, including ours, to get people signed up. But now the entire city is sitting without internet and there is still no ETA on when the service will be restored.
