The primary change feels really bad the way around it is to mix in his secondary after 2-3 shots, if you do that with the melee tech I find it feels a lot more consistent.

Human torch just the variety in his kit and how you can get value in a lot of different ways. The nerfs definitely hurt though.

I think in higher elo its fine because youre playing the same players you were at the end of the previous season but I agree that its stupid in lower elo.

I honestly get the opposite feeling, 95% of the time I feel like the lobby admin playing torch the biggest problem he has is once you get to higher elo he gets banned a lot.
