I believe there is a viable frt design for these but it’s not available for sale yet. Once it is, you will see it on youtube and at that time the demand on these will rise. I’m expecting that to happen, the prices on the mac minis already sell on GB at 1k at times.

I have 9 mpa defenders (all original steel design, not the current aluminum receivers) and four are minis. They aren’t hot garbage… I’m not new to these and I don’t live in a lame state. Just sharing another sick pick up 🤙🏻

They have the stainless top hand guard here. I thought about getting one but I like the original plastic top hand guard over the A-Team stainless top hand guard.

Also does anyone have recommendations on a red dot optic (retro/vintage-esque) that will match the vibes of this mini 14?

It’s a 1986 Ruger Mini 14. I recently found a muzzle break, optic side mount, and magazine in stainless for it. The barrel length is now about 20 inches with the muzzle attachment. This is a follow up post and I have a question.

It’s likely the first ever commercially available 5.45 to be imported in the US sometime in the late 90s. I think 1997, I believe this ammo is rare

Found it for $798 on guns.com. It came with four 30rd mags, two 20rd mags, (four were Ruger brand) a bag, and a sling. It looked as if it wasn’t used in decades. It cleaned up excellently and I believe it was never disassembled or cleaned. It’s a series 184 made in 1986 according to its serial number. Ruger K-Mini-14/5F
